Who We Are
Hi! We are Joe and Jenn and we have been in real estate for over 20 years. At one point, we had 5 rental properties and didn’t love having to do the maintenance, repairs, and realized that going to the banks to buy houses was not going to allow us to scale the way we wanted.
In 2017 we switched our rentals all over to Rent to own, and haven’t looked back! Since then we have acquired houses using none of our own credit and little to no money down. We know this is the best way to acquire real estate and are excited to share our ways with all of you!
