Hi! We are Joe and Jenn and we have been in real estate for over 20 years.  At one point, we had 5 rental properties and didn’t love having to do the maintenance, repairs, and realized that going to the banks to buy houses was not going to allow us to scale the way we wanted.  In 2017 we switched our rentals all over to Rent to own, and haven’t looked back! Since then we have acquired houses using none of our own credit and little to no money down.  We know this is the best way to acquire real estate and are excited to share our ways with all of you!

Thank you so much for the time today!  The universe works in mysteriously fantastic ways.  The timing of me meeting you guys almost feels too perfect.  You guys are the breath of life that I needed into my next phase of development.  Thank you for being so open to share, stay over time, be patient as I got excited, stuttered and dropped a few choice words.  I really appreciate your patience, information and authenticity.  It means a lot to me in what I consider to be a low point in my REI journey.  I’m sure I’ll have more thoughts as I reflect on our conversation and figure out how to put things into execution mode.  Here’s to an amazing 2021!!

I just lost a Sub To deal because they wanted to get out of the mortgage. It should have been a WRAP Deal. I am glad I know now. 

I am looking forward to learning more and I am currently in the process of setting up my FB Business Page. I know.. I should have already had one but I am going to get it done over the next few days.
